Bing Maps - Based on the MS Virtual Earth Platform, access to global maps with spectacular bird's eye 3D imagery.

Google Maps - True global satellite imagery with ability to map economic entities, tilt, zoom 3D features and for advanced users image overlay options.
MapQuest - Allows users to pick a location and plot relevant vendors and services such as hospitals, airports, schools, retailers etc. on map.
OpenStreet - OpenStreet Map is a free editable map of the world that allows you to view, edit and use geographical data in a collaborative way from anywhere on Earth.

Free Digital Topographic Map Quadrangles - (Click on Map Locator) Download free USGS topographic map quadrangles in GeoPDF format through the USGS Store. Files average 10-17 MB. Also download the next generation “US Topo” maps. As of December 2010, US Topo maps are available for one third of the U.S.; additional maps are being added regularly.
Free USGS Satellite Data and Air Photography - The entire Landsat satellite archive including newly acquired Landsat 7 ETM+ SLC-off and Landsat 5 TM images; and NAPP, NHAP, and AHAP air photography are now available for free download. Download an entire scene containing all bands and metadata in a single zipped file. Some high-resolution scans are avail for a fee.

Center for LIDAR Info. Coord. & Knowledge (CLICK) - (LIDAR point cloud downloads only. No processing or bare earth filtering has been performed). Data is delivered in USGS quarter-quad tiles in either LAS binary or ASCII text format. Data coverage is very limited. (For more extensive LIDAR bare earth elevation data, go to http://seamless.usgs.gov).
