Allstate began in January of 1986 as a small general contractor with just four employees, $8,000 borrowed capital, and a vision. From day one, we worked very hard to achieve client satisfaction and to prove we were the best in the industry. We successfully complete each project in a way that exceeds expectations.
Today we are a $50 million+ firm with over 70 employees, offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Ocala, and Tampa, Florida. Due to our recent completion and award of over $100 million of projects in South Georgia we have opened a new office in Americus, Georgia. We have grown by delivering on our promises. We have a long list of repeat clients due to our attitude of team work, and being easy to work with.
We understand that our subcontractors don’t just work for us; they are in fact a critical part of the overall team. We have achieved an excellent subcontractor base with this mindset, and we continue to build those relationships by treating them fairly and paying them promptly.

Allstate completed the first LEED certified project in the Florida Big Bend in 2007 for the City of Tallahassee. We are proud to have achieved Silver Accreditation from the USGBC. We have four LEED Accredited professionals on staff, and those team members are continually training our other team members in green building practices. Allstate believes in protecting our environment and resources, and we are committed to practicing ‘Green’ building.
